Our Baby

Out of all the properties we maintain, this is my favorite one. The Gooch residence has it all. Here's a picture of the front & back yard.

U CALL, WE HAUL

Check out this sweet ride. It dumps at the push of a button.
16 Yards of wood chips... no problem. It hauls just about anything.

Today was a sweet day, we did a dirt removal job here in Ventura and then used the dirt for our new back yard veggie bin.
Here's a picture of the family helping unload at our house.

Let's make it clear.

Last week we worked at the Jensen residence in Ventura. We worked on clearing their 28,000 sq ft property.

Here's a picture of me hard pruning a pittosporum tree.

If your interested in buying an ocean view property stop by 278-280 Cedar Street, two houses on one lot for $699,000

Next year I'll take the before pictures.

Bare Root

Now is the time to plant Bare Root fruit trees.
Apples, plums, apricot's you name it.
Why bare root? You get a bigger root system, a bigger tree and it get's established alot quicker. It's also easier to plant since it doesn't come in a giant pot with a bunch of dirt in it.
Check out Malachi planting a Fuji apple tree at the Elms residence.

Money on Trees

Who ever said money doesn't grow on trees?
Did you know that the average price for Hass avocados are 2 for a $1, sometimes $1 each. Having an avocado tree in your back yard is good for three reasons... 1:the shade 2: the fruit 3: the money you make selling all the ones you cant eat.
